Textured Soy Protein

Product in the form of flakes that gets an elastic structure after rehydration.

This product is used in elaborating meat emulsions, hamburguers, cold meat (embutidos), and some other byproducts. It also can be used in elaborating batter mixes, cereal bars, food preparations, etc.

Micronized Soy Protein

Product in the form of powder. Its particle size is 90% smaller than 150 microns, and it has good protein dispersibility.

It is used as dairy byproducts substitute and/or extender in manufacturing several products, combined with flours.

Applications: dairy substitutes, highly nutritional beverages, confectionery, bakery, meat emulsions
